Pair of Thieves strives to make average basics a lot less basic. They create the most comfortable socks, undies, and loungewear that are stylishly and Ready for Everything. Known for their SWASS free underwear, they started the company in 2014 and were quickly picked up and released in Target stores.

This was the strategy that allowed Pair of Thieves to scale and increase their first time buyer list. The challenge users faced was deciding between SuperSoft and MegaSoft which led to most abandoning their cart. By letting customers try both we found the majority of customers would return to buy the fabric they preferred and our LTV increased dramatically.
